API for iPhone/Apple watch data extraction

We are looking for a talented and expert developer with expertise around swift language, IOS, Apple Health kit API, Apple API, iPhone, and Apple watch to develop an API program to extract Mobile Sensors and Health data by given user credentials, and choose data to be extracted.

For dev side: API should give us the commands controlling the settings too without "hacking". The API should get the platform username, password, and selected service, then we are able to fetch data.
