xamarin.ios error

I have project created with xamarin forms in windows, and i'm connecting with my mac in cloud.
I'm trying to export IPA file but I can't because there is error I don't know what does it mean.
if I can export the IPA file I want to put it in my apple developer account for testflight so pls be a apple developer with xamarin ios.
