This software has 4 types of services.
1. Physical visit appointment: The user will first select the category as per his disease like (dentist) then he will select the doctor. Then he will select the date and time slot. In this physical visit appointment, cash or online payment can be booked.
After the appointment is booked, the patient can visit the doctor as per his convenience and do the consultation.
2. Online video consultation appointment: The user will first select the category or symptoms as per his disease (general physician) then he will select the doctor. Then he will select the date and time slot. In this appointment, online payment can be booked.
After the appointment is booked, the patient will come online in the application at his convenience and can do a video consultation with the doctor. After completion of the consultation, the doctor will provide an e-prescription.
3. Random Online Consultation Appointment: The user will select a category or symptom, then he will select a language and make payment. After this, the doctor will be available within 5 minutes and will provide you consultation.
4. Surgery:- If a patient needs surgery, he will fill out a small form. After that, our support executive will arrange surgery for the patient according to location.
