twitter spaces summarizing app

My goal is to develop an app for both iOS and Android that provides real-time summaries of conversations happening in Twitter Spaces. This app should make it easy for users to quickly get up-to-date information on what is being discussed in the Spaces they are interested in. The development language used for this project can either be Swift or Java, or I am open to other suggestions from the freelancer.
