A social networking application

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a social networking application that will cater to all age groups. The application should have the following features:
- User Profiles: Users should be able to create and customize their profiles, including adding profile pictures and personal information.
- Messaging: The application should have a messaging feature that allows users to communicate with each other privately.
- Newsfeed: Users should be able to view a newsfeed that displays updates from their friends and other users they are following.
-Community platform: It should allow the users to post about updates and everything.
The application should be available on both iOS and Android platforms and in Web, so experience in developing for both platforms is required. The ideal candidate should have experience in building social networking applications and should be able to deliver a user-friendly and visually appealing interface.The Design will be provided. It should also be scalable.
