smart phone app

I am looking for experienced professionals to develop a mobile app that will be available to both iOS and Android users. The main purpose of the app is to generate membership, so the design should reflect this goal. I am open to suggestions on the design and layout, but I want to be sure that the app is intuitive and easy to use.
