photo app

I am looking for a developer to create a photo app for iOS that has the following features:

- Filters and effects: Users should be able to apply various filters and effects to their photos.
- Collage maker: The app should have a collage maker feature that allows users to combine multiple photos into a single collage.
- Photo editing tools: Users should be able to perform basic photo editing tasks such as cropping, rotating, and adjusting brightness/contrast.

The app should be available exclusively on iOS.

While I don't have a specific design in mind, I have a general idea of how I want the app to look and feel. I am open to suggestions from the developer on the design and aesthetic aspects.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:

- Proficiency in iOS app development, including experience with Swift and Xcode.
- Experience integrating filters and effects into photo editing apps.
- Knowledge of collage creation and photo editing tools.
- Strong design skills and the ability to create a visually appealing user interface.
