Ad network - apps, websites
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
This ad network would be a mobile app for Google Play Store but might add to Apple Store and possibly website later on.
Features needed:
• sign up for advertiser
• create text ads, picture ads, video ads
• app backend for admin to change cost rate of ads and approve/disprove ads should have total num of advertisers and ad displayers.
• sign up for user displaying ads on app or website
• ad displayer given two codes one for mobile app and other for website to keep track and reward user with income from people clicking the ads or being forced to watch video all the way through.
• app ad types bottom banner, unskippable 15 second video ad. Might ad more ad types later.
• website ad types top, side or bottom banners, video ad on top or bottom of website.
• affiliate network, those who get more people to get the app receive portion of ad spend from advertiser from my end of profit or revenue earned from ad displayer for 3-6 months. This comes from the profit and not from my pocket. The rates of reward need to be able to be changed in backend with two options of % or fixed amount.
How pay structure works:
Would be paid based off milestones.
Likely one milestone per month and roughly would be $100 till project is completed.
If project is released before all milestones are completed depending on app results could result in faster payment.
