We need a web-view based native ios app in SWIFT with WKwebview (Absolutely no UIwebview)

We already have a web app that works well in the browser and is mobile friendly but we now need that same app to work inside native mobile apps for ios, ipados. We want the project in SWIFT and would need your assistance in submitting it to the app store.It should work with the latest version of ios and ipados as well as recent versions of ios from ios 6 or 7 onwards.
The main purpose of having the mobile app is to send proper push notifications to users so that users can see those notifications even if the app is not open. The rest of the functionality is there in the web application itself which works fine in the browser.
We plan to use fcm for the push notifications. Our backend system for the web app will generate the notifications for the users as and when the system needs it. These notifications will carry the user name (as registered with us in our web app) and the title and the url that the user needs to be taken to in case the user clicks on the notification. These urls will be regular https urls (web links) on the same domain as that of our main web app. These web-links shared in notifications and even shared in emails etc need to be opened by our native app (and not the device browser) as deep-links so that the user goes to the correct web-view page specified in the url. This can be done by using universal links supported and recommended by ios.
In order for fcm to know which devices our webapp user has logged in from (user may log in from more than one device and should receive notifications on all devices), you will need to do a native auth page which will log in the user from your app into our web app and at the same time log that user in on fcm too from your app (on successful logging into our web app)
