I need a ios application that measures a wound length, width, surface area and depth. I believe LIDAR would be best to getting the dimensions

I'm looking to get to the attached type of measurement of a wound and have the app outline the wound that it's getting dimensions from as shown in the pic. the depth is the deepest point of the wound. I believe LIDAR would be best to get the dimensions but do you believe this is doable or is there another option on an iPhone to get the dimensions more accurate? I have attached an image please have a look at that image.
