mobile game creation

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to create a mobile game for both iOS and Android platforms. The game I'm looking for should be a basic 1v1 multiplayer 2d game with payment services integration. I'm looking for the freelancer to provide all the designs and assets for the game.
