An mobile app where people can record messages

I am looking for a talented mobile app developer to help me create an app where people (guests) click on a QR code and then can record a message using simple text and / or video and / or voice. They may also choose to upload photos. The app should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms, and my vision includes a specific design with professional look. The app should just record messages which can be retrieved by the user they have been made for (via the same QR code) and I am not looking for any additional features at this stage.
