mobile app for small business to connect clinets and service providers

I am looking for a mobile app developer to create a directory app for my small business. The app should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.

Specific features that I have in mind for the app include:
- User(clinet) + service provider registration and login
- full profile details for two types of users : cline + service provider
- Search functionality to find service providers via name or product with filter ( name , item .. etc)
- Profile pages for service providers with details and reviews including attaching photos of the items from the service providers or the services to be shown to the clinets
- service request & scheduling
- In-app messaging between clients and service providers
- Payment integration for transactions
