mobile app for my academy

I am looking for a mobile app developer to help create an app for my academy. This app will be available on both iOS and Android platforms. The key functionality of this app will be for users to register and log in, as well as enrolling in courses and providing video lessons . I also need payment integration with razorpay done. I have a rough idea of the design elements, but am open to the designer's creativity and suggestions.
