missing instagram captions sticker

Hi there... I've tried everyone and nothing seems to be working for my captions issue... the sticker does not appear... ever!! I have a new iphone max pro, have updated my app, have uninstalled / offloaded / deleted and still nothing - I have also tried to do this in airplane mode - that didn't work either... i need to fix this asap... I can't use the reels to it's full potential. thank you!!
