I am looking for a developer to create a messaging app for iOS. The app should include specific features that I have in mind, and it should also have end-to-end encryption for messages.
The app would be similar to the Threema app but without voice call capability. A subscription management system will also have to be conceived.
Skills and experience required for this project include:
