iphone app single page (location and iphone contact import)

I'd like to work with a mobile app developer on an ongoing basis to test out and experiment with a few things. This first project would be a single page mobile app that consists of 2 buttons. one that says "Contacts" and the other that says "Location". When the user clicks "Contacts" it will import the contents of that user's iPhone contact list into an airtable table. When the user clicks "Location", it will send the geocode (latitude/longitude coordinates) of that user to another airtable table. This should be able to be utilized for n-number of users testing this meaning by a unique identifier (primary key ID) that relates the user in the contact list table to the user in the location table. This will be the first of many projects building upon this first core feature. I'm looking for a long term relationship with many projects with the winning bidder. Thank you
