iphone NFC read/write app

I am looking for somebody to create an iPhone app that is able to read NFC tags. The NFC tags don't need to be of a specific type and I also have a design in mind for the app. The app should be able to read NFC tags, keeping track of the information that is being read and write it back out to another area for further analysis. It should also be able to configure the file layout of the data that is being written and to design the proper designs for the sorting and managing of the data. Furthermore, the app needs to account and manage the information that is being read from the NFC tags and present this in a clear format to the user. The app also needs to be bug-free and secure against malicious attacks on the data. Finally, the app should be optimized to run at its best on the iOS platform.
