iPhone Folder Icons and iPhone Folder Placement Code/Function

With the new iOS 16 update for iPhones, we still do not have a way to change the appearance of the semi transparent folders on iPhone. We also do not have the option to place them anywhere we want with their grid system layout for apps and folders. As they are only allowed to be placed in the top left if there is still free space left for that app/folder. I am proposing the idea to create an iOS update, application, or shortcut to safely and easily solve these issues without having to damage the software and or system. The appearance of the folder should still be the same size as they come for whatever iPhone model that can handle the iOS 16 update, and the user should be allowed to place any image or icon suitable for the dimensions to the folder’s appearance. I also would like a function where the user can place folders anywhere within the grid layout other than going into the top left automatically. This project will make the iPhone Home Screen function and look more pleasing for the user. Is anyone up for the challenge ? Let me know, right away.
