iPhone App for Customized Investigation Reports

I'm seeking a skilled iOS developer to create an iPhone app that generates text and photo investigation reports. These reports should be exportable as Word documents, complete with text boxes and images.
Key Features:
- Text editing tools: Users should be able to modify the text within the report.
- Image upload and placement: Users should be able to insert images into the report. The app should allow for this to be done with images from the camera as well as stored photos. There need to be at least 4-5 photos.
- Pre-defined report templates: The app should provide users with various templates for different types of investigation reports.
- The report template should also be able to extract GPS position (in MGA2020 Zone 55) from the phone, date and time of recording, name of the user, a Google/Apple/OpenMap map screenshot, street name, compass bearing.
