iPhone App UX Design for Medical Records

I'm seeking a proficient UX designer to create an engaging and intuitive iPhone app interface for my medical software focused on patient record management. The app's primary users will be patients, so the design must be user-friendly and accessible for all age groups and technical skills.

Key functions of the app include:
- Patient data entry and retrieval: The design should facilitate easy and intuitive data input for patients as well as seamless data retrieval.
- Prescription management: The UX should allow for easy tracking and management of prescriptions.
-Appointments management: view and schedule upcoming medical appointments
- authentication screen to allow a health care provider access to their medical information

Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience in UX design for iPhone apps, particularly in the medical field.
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, particularly for designing for patients.
- Proven skills in creating accessible and engaging app interfaces.

8. Medical information screen (allergies, blood group, immunization history)

10. My details screen (where user can upload profile photo and edit personal details)

The design must have a header menu bar where profile picture is position right of screen.

When profile picture is clicked in right upper corner of screen it reveals menu item “My details” and “logout”
