iPhone and Android. Simple app

I am looking for a developer to create an iPhone and Android app for me. The app I need is a presenter tool - for people who video themselves given something like a report or provide information to their listeners/subscribers. I already have a design in mind that I can provide the developer with, so that saves time. I'm hoping to have the app completed within 1 month. I also require an NDA (which you can simply provide me over messages agreeing you will not produce a similar app for yourself or another app developer or anyone else) If this could be done, please let me know and we can discuss further.
