iPad App for Silo Stocktake and Order Generator

I am looking for a skilled iPad app developer to create an app that does both stocktaking and order generation. The app must be able to handle an estimated load of 1-5 users. Though I don't have a set list of features in mind, I do have a rough idea of what I would like the app to do and am open to hearing any suggestions to further enhance the app. The developer will need to create a user friendly and efficient app that is capable of managing stocktaking and order generation.
