iOS swift mentor

I am in need of a part-time mentor for my iOS swift project. A commitment of 2-4 hours a week is necessary, and the type of support required is consulting. I have an intermediate level of coding knowledge, so I am looking for somebody with advanced knowledge who can help me progress and provide expert advice. I am having trouble uploading my application to the App Store. I keep getting rejected for a certain reason and I haven't been able to solve the problem. I am looking for someone consulting on this matter.
