iOS scripting to turn mail off on a particular account based on time

I am looking for a freelancer to build a custom iOS scripting solution that will turn the mail off on a particular account dependent on time. This script needs to be compatible with an email provider outside of the Gmail and Outlook apps, combined with the iOS Mail app. The specific timeframe that I want the script to turn off my email is from 5:30 PM - 8:00 AM. Additionally, I need the custom script to turn off all email functionality for that particular account, not just notifications.
