iOS exercise app
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Something like the couch-to-5k apps that already exist, but with "run until" and using heart rate zones to determine when to walk/jog rather than set time increments.
Allows you to start, pause, and stop a walk/jog/run exercise. (Ideally this could sync up with the health/fitness app.)
Gives you a random thing to look for while exercising (like those "run until you see a man wearing blue" tiktoks) and allows you to check it off once you've found it. Maybe also add a refresh button to cycle to a new random object. Objects can be like any of the following examples: 1. A <man/woman> wearing <color> 2. A <color> <vehicle type (car, truck, van)> 3. A <animal (dog, cat)> 4. If you have other ideas for things to look for on runs, feel free to add them.
Gives you another thing to look for once you've checked one off as seen. Keeps track of how many things you've spotted (per workout and all time).
Uses user-provided heart-rate zones to alert you to pick up the pace, or slow down and walk for a bit (using vibration and/or sound). So say when prompted, I set a lower range of 120bpm and an upper range of 165bpm. If my heartrate (from whatever device) drops below 120 it would indicate that I need to speed up, and if it goes to 165 or higher, it would indicate that I need to slow down, or walk.
