iOS developer -> New Developments and Existing Project Support

Hello
We prefer an agency for the below work.
Need a senior iOS developer (minimum experience of 3 years) for our existing app to speed up the development. We expect developer services for a long time and hence prefer agencies over individuals.
We have defined the freelancer tasks based on a weekly plan and shall roll out the milestones on the completion of each week’s task.
Some non-negotiable Points which you need to agree to:
1. We will create only 1 week’s milestone at a time. The weekly activity will be discussed before the start of the work and the agency will need to agree to the assigned tasks and agree to do it for the milestone amount provided in the document.
2. Preferred working hours- are 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
3. The milestone amount will be released after the entire work is delivered free of bugs and uploaded in GitHub and the app is made LIVE on the test flight.
4. Code has to be updated on GitHub on a daily basis
5. App needs to be updated on TestFlight every day
6. Freelancer needs to provide daily updates at 2:00 PM IST and interact with the backend team and functional team for clarity/queries/API changes.
Attached is the project tasks and the respective milestone amount for that task.
We also have 2 support projects which we can discuss with the awarded bid.
