iOS app development consultant

I am looking to hire someone EXPERIENCED with implementing webview/webkit and uploading iOS apps to the App Store. I want to do videoconferencing / screensharing to make sure everything is developed correctly and uploaded with any learnings from experience to avoid annoyances.
