iOS Spam Call Blocker [NO INDIAN FREELANCERS REQUIRED]

You have to develop and app on iOS only where app will disconnect / decline a spam call automatically. This app is simple UI app with following 3 features:
• After every call user will get a prompt to ask something like “was that a spam call?” with option of yes and no.
• User can specify setting in his app to switch-on “decline calls if its marked spam”
• User can specify a threshold e.g. “decline call if marked spam by” 5 users, 10 users, 50 users, 100 users. (To implement this, you will have to store somewhere how many users have marked a number as spam caller)
• Free version will only show the incoming call is a Spam marked by N (Count) users, Pro Version will decline the call without any need to pick up (Pro Version will cost 99 Rs)
