iOS POS App Development

I'm seeking an experienced mobile app developer to create a Point of Sale (POS) application for iOS. (pretty similar to https://apps.apple.com/us/app/apollo-id/id1552644962) The primary functionality required is sales reporting, and the app will need to integrate with a card reader.
Key Requirements:
- virtual menu of drinks that can be added/deleted
- system that takes credit cards and charges for drink orders
- integrating the drink orders into a bar's internal system or web portal somewhere
- storing customer data and historical drink orders/actions
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in iOS app development.
- Strong background in payment processing and sales reporting functionalities.
- Familiarity with hardware integration, particularly card readers.
- Ability to deliver a user-friendly interface and ensure app security.
