iOS Developer for Twitter Video Post API Problem

I am in search of a proficient iOS developer with strong knowledge and experience in Twitter API integration. The primary focus of this project would be to work with my current developer on problem solving a video posting error to Twitter from the iOS app. Twitter's API is throwing the following error when a video is posted to Twitter and my current developer cannot resolve:
