iOS Frontend Developer focused on animations and smooth UI

I am working on a web app currently that I'd like to port over to iOS - but I need someone who has extensive skill with Swift or SwiftUI to help make it pixel perfect. I need the app to flow together smoothly with perfect transitions and animations, optimizing for UI performance. I have worked with a lot of developers here and their UI work looks slow and non performant, please explain in DM how you will improve on this.
