iOS Developer -- 2

I am looking for an experienced iOS developer to a VPN iOS application. I have an existing design guideline, and I have some existing assets I can provide. The developer should be able to take my ideas and turn them into a polished and professional application that users will love. This project will require the developer to be experienced in both coding and design, as well as able to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise. I am looking for a developer who can complete this project on time and within budget.
