iOS App with WebView and Update Notification

As a start I can provide our Android app which a developer created for us.
Note: Price is fixed 25 $ only no more, if it does not suites you dont submit
I need an iOS app that:
Uses WebView to load https://klikici.com with full functionality (JavaScript enabled).
Includes an update notification bar that appears only when a new version is available, fetched from a JSON file hosted on my server.
Supports back navigation in the WebView (go back or close the app).
Is compatible with iOS 12+ and meets App Store guidelines.
Deliverables:
Fully functional iOS app.
Source code.
Optional: Guidance for App Store submission.
