iOS App for Real Estate Finance Management

I'm looking for a seasoned app developer to create an iOS application for my real estate development company. This app will aid in managing and registering our finances effectively.
Key Features:
- Comprehensive revenue and expense tracking.
- Functionality to attach invoices from various sources (camera, library, doc/dropbox etc.) in formats like pdf/jpeg.
- Integration with a master Excel file for in-depth analysis.
- Utilization of supplier names from a pre-existing list.
- Categorization of revenue/expense into both pre-defined and customizable categories.
User Access:
- The app will need to cater to the Finance team, Project managers, and Company executives.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in iOS app development.
- Prior experience in creating financial tracking applications will be a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate finance management will be highly beneficial.
