iOS App Packaging

I have an iOS app that has been pre-coded, although I'm not entirely sure how effectively. I need someone to get it into xcode, ensure everything is working as it should, and then package it up for me to submit to the app store for review. Mobile-only.

The app itself is very simple, it's an app that plays solfeggio frequencies according to their benefit. UI is done.
