iOS App Development for Copy-Paste upload Feature

I'm looking for an experienced iOS developer to create an app for iPhones. The main feature of this app will be a copy-paste upload functionality.

We need an IOS app to upload list of numbers into CONTACTS!

In IOS app i need to set a default name, ex: jana... set default.

the i must paste the numbers one bellow other.... in this format:
