iOS App Development

I'm looking for someone to make an app that's identical to the app Apple Wallet but instead uses fake funds and allows you to make fake transactions and add fake money to your balance. Make it look as real as possible. No backend work needed because it's just a prop app. Make it so you can pretend to send money to others but it doesn't actually because its not real.
