esp provisioning app flutter

we need an esp provisioning app in flutter and its source code.
There are a project already done this but we cant build it cause of deprecation problems.

If you can solve the problems and share the working source code of that repo, it will be great.
We dont mine if you create this app somewhere else. ios and android side is a must. Dont do only android side.
