a crossplatform mobile app with similar features than Airbnb

My project is to create a crossplatform mobile app with similar features than Airbnb for both iOS and Android platforms. While I have certain ideas about the look and feel of the app, I am open to design suggestions and innovations. The key feature of this app is that it will go beyond just basic functions to provide advanced features (like 3D Scanner) that are different from Airbnb.
