create a platform to enter sporting event timed results into a master timesheet. there are 5 events, 2 are team events and 3 are individual events all based on firefighting activities

I am looking for a developer to create a mobile application that will help me track results of a series of sporting events. These events will be based on firefighting activities and there will be 5 total events: two team events and three individual events. This is for a junior firefighter muster in the state of Maine with put on entirely by volunteers and will have about 65 participants. the 2 team events - one is a 2 person event and the other is a 2-4 person event- are unique as some participants may be on more than one team. This project requires the application to be built using the iOS platform, as well as contain certain specific features such as live updates, notifications, user profiles, etc. The successful bidder will have access to all of my requirements and needs, and will be expected to build an efficient and effective product.
