to create home screen icon install to mobile and PC .

I need to have a working script to install home screen icons to a web page .
I have a current script but his can only install once .

It created another similar script for another home screen icon install to mobile and PC.
placed in another folder
It showed the icon had been installed even though only the first one 611.php had been installed>
It seems to mistakenly take the first install as having installed its own so the icon does not show.

So far tested on android and PC ... can this be used in Iphone ios?
