connection to devices via bluetooth in ios swift

I am looking for a developer who can help me create a connection to devices via Bluetooth in iOS Swift. The main purpose of the Bluetooth connection is data transfer, and I am looking to connect to devices through manual input. Additionally, I require a fast connection speed for this project.

- Knowledge of manual input for connecting to devices
- Understanding of fast connection speeds for data transfer
- Familiarity with Bluetooth protocols and APIs in iOS
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug any issues that may arise during the development process
- i have provided an attachment to this project. when the user selects the bluetooth then, if the bluetooth is off then provide a pop up to switch on the bluetooth.
- if bluetooth is ON then scan the devices and show the list of devices in the List. if user selects the device then pair with the selected device.
- once its paired when the bluetooth is off and gets on again then app should connect to that device.
- main purpose of the app is
1. if bluetooth os off. provide pop to switch on the bluetooth.
2. scan for list of devices and show in the table view.
3. user will select the device and pairs with the device.
4. once user connects to that device, if bluetooth is off and on, agin user should connect to same device.
