E-commerce Website & Mobile App Development

I'm looking for a developer who can create a classic and traditional styled e-commerce website and mobile app for selling various products. The ideal candidate would preferably speak Italian or Chinese.
Key Requirements:
- Development of a user-friendly e-commerce website and mobile app for both iOS and Android.
- Classic and traditional design theme.
- Inclusion of all essential e-commerce features such as user reviews and ratings, wishlist and favorites, and live chat support.
- All around good knowledge of e-commerce development.
- Ideally, the ability to communicate in Italian or Chinese.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in e-commerce website and app development.
- Strong understanding of classic and traditional design principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Italian or Chinese is a plus.
