E-commerce App Development for iOS & Android

I need an e-commerce application created for both iOS and Android platforms, the app sells Water bottles.

Key Requirements:
- The app should primarily be focused on e-commerce functionalities.
- I need it to be available on both iOS and Android platforms.
- The app has one page to place items (Water bottles)
- Web admin page to edit , add items, and update price.
- The app should be in Arabic (RTL) and in English (LTR)


Specifics:
- The app should support integration with a local payment gateway in Yemen.
- Add an option Cash for money payment
