build xCode project and publish iOS app on app store

Hello, I have bought an xCode project on Codecanyon, I need someone that can open this xCode project and help me adding some changes (I need to change config files of the ios app, change language, add translations, change app logo, change app icon, change package name) and then I need someone with an Apple Developer account that can publish my app on iOS app store.
