build an app. Based off spreadsheet data, User interface is the main job

Please discuss budget with me.
I need an app that is based off my spreadsheet data. The primary function of the app is data display, so I need someone who has experience creating visually appealing interfaces that can display data in an organized and easy to understand manner. The app should be eventually built for both iOS and Android platforms (i Use IOS so that will be where we test first).

This app's main purpose is to display the price of Bitcoin, fit to my custom indicator.
There will be one page that shows today's score and risk level,
One page that will show a chart over time with my indicator,
and another page that will have just a list of news and alerts that I would need to be able to update myself, without at any stage.
