build an IOS app

I am looking for an app developer who can develop an IOS app for surgeons to learn how to perform surgeries. The app I am looking for is very similar to an app that already existed ( can be found here: https://www.upsurgeon.com/product/neurosurgery/).
My app will be to teach surgeons how to fix facial fractures.
