An app that can connect to a drone

I'm looking for a talented freelancer to develop an app that can connect to a drone for delivery services and oral communication through the drone( speaker and mic attached).The app must be developed for both Android and iOS platforms.
The app must have the following features: Real-time tracking to keep track of the drone's movements; Flight planning functionality to help plan the routes for the drone's flights; and Payload Control to manage and control the drone's payload.
Experience developing apps for mobile platforms is a must, particularly for both Android and iOS. You must also be well-versed in working with drones.
Understanding the fundamentals of aerodynamics will also be very helpful, as the app will be connected to a drone that will fly. Most importantly, experience delivering goods with drones is highly desired.
