an app to help students find volunteering opportunities near them

I am looking to hire a skilled developer to create an app that will help students find volunteering opportunities near them. The app should be available for both iOS and Android platforms, and must contain a geolocation feature in order for users to easily find the volunteering opportunities based on their current location. I am looking for a dedicated, experienced developer to work on this project with a timeline of more than 3 months.
